White Wine

This wine is the most powerful expression of characteristics of the vineyards of origin, located in different areas of the Veronese side of Mount Calvarina, in the easternmost part of Soave denomination. A blend of the best vintages of the last decade (2019, 2018, 2020, 2017, 2016) selected as maximum expression of the vineyard during its life history. For each selected vintage, the vinification of white grapes with maceration on the peels for about 10 hours. Next comes alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts is activated at low temperatures. A partial follows malolactic fermentation with approximately 10% of product. The process continues with maturation in wood in barriques and second passage tonneaux for about 6 months. Next the wine is placed in steel tanks for further maturation.

TASTING NOTES A wine with great aging potential. A stylistic effort aimed at obtaining a unique complexity and structure through the skilful combination of the different vintages. Garganega gives the wine structure, freshness and fragrance with floral notes and intense minerality, a profound expression of the composition of the soil of volcanic origin. When tasted it expresses aromas ranging from chamomile, almonds and citrus fruits to delicate notes of white pepper and tropical fruits.
